Three parts: a DNA Resilience Test (an at-home genetic blood test analysing the seven molecular pathways linked to stress and resilience), a validated psychometric assessment of mental toughness, and a bespoke 90-minute one-to-one coaching session with Dannielle Haig to interpret both sets of results and turn them into a personal action plan. You receive a hard and soft copy of all your notes, solutions and action plan. The complete programme starts from £3,000 + VAT, with postage included. You can view a sample excerpt of the results report here.

A test kit is posted to you. The sample is a quick, pain-free at-home blood test that takes around ten minutes to complete. You return it in the packaging provided, and it is analysed by our partner genetics laboratory.

The DNA test kit must be completed and returned within four weeks of dispatch, and the psychometric and coaching session within three months. Most of that time is simply waiting for laboratory analysis; your own time commitment is around ten minutes for the blood test, fifteen minutes for the psychometric, and the 90-minute coaching session.

Yes, and we treat this with the seriousness it deserves. Genetic information is special category data under UK data protection law, and we only process it with your explicit written consent. Your results are shared only between the laboratory, Dannielle and you, and all programme data, including your genetic and psychometric results, is deleted three months after your programme concludes. Full details are in our privacy policy.

No, and be wary of anything that claims it could. The test identifies genetic predispositions in the pathways linked to stress response and recovery. It is not a medical diagnosis and it doesn't score your leadership. Its value is as a starting point: an objective baseline that the psychometric and coaching then build on.

Senior leaders and executives operating under sustained pressure: founders, C-suite, partners, and those stepping up into bigger roles. It's equally relevant if you're performing well and want to protect that, or if you suspect you're running on empty and want to understand why.

Coaching sessions are held over video call, at a time that suits you.

Yes. The programme runs per participant, and many organisations enrol several leaders at once, often alongside wider leadership development, training programmes or away-days. Contact us to discuss team arrangements.

You keep your full report and action plan. Many clients choose to continue with further coaching sessions or training for themselves and their teams, but there's no obligation to.

Each component has its own deadline, and these are set because the laboratory and psychometric access are commissioned when you enrol. The DNA test kit must be completed and returned to the laboratory within four weeks of dispatch. The psychometric must be completed within three months of access being issued. The coaching session must be booked within three months of your genetic report being received. If a component is not completed within its window it is forfeited, the full fee remains payable, and no refund is issued unless agreed in writing in advance. In practice this is rarely an issue, as the tests take under half an hour of your time combined.

Email Hello@DannielleHaig.com. We'll arrange a short conversation to check the programme is right for you, then send the engagement letter and your test kit.
