Who we are

Brilliance Through Resilience is a programme of DH Coaching & Consulting Ltd (trading as DH Consulting), a company registered in England and Wales [company number]. We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy. You can contact us about anything in this policy at Hello@DannielleHaig.com.

What information we collect

Through this website: if you contact us by email, we collect your name, email address and the contents of your message. This website does not use contact forms or create accounts.

If you enrol in the Brilliance Through Resilience™ programme, we collect:

Your contact and billing details, including your name, email address, postal address for the test kit, and payment information.

The results of your psychometric assessment, which measures aspects of mental toughness and psychological resilience.

The results of your DNA resilience test. This is genetic information and is special category data under UK data protection law. It is analysed by our partner genetics laboratory and shared with us for the purpose of your programme.

Notes, action plans and related materials produced during your coaching session.

How we use your information

We use your information to deliver the programme you have purchased: arranging your test kit and assessment, receiving and interpreting your results, preparing your personalised report and action plan, and delivering your coaching session. We also use contact details to respond to enquiries and manage billing.

We do not sell your information, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone except the service providers necessary to deliver the programme.

Our lawful bases

For your contact, billing and psychometric information, we rely on the performance of our contract with you. For your genetic information, we rely on your explicit consent, which we ask for in writing before your test kit is dispatched. You may withdraw that consent at any time by emailing us, in which case we will delete your genetic data, although this may mean parts of the programme can no longer be delivered.

Who we share information with

Your DNA sample and its analysis are handled by our partner genetics laboratory. Your psychometric assessment is administered through our psychometric provider. Both act under agreements that restrict their use of your data to delivering these services. We also use standard business services such as payment processing and email. Where any provider processes data outside the UK, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.

How long we keep your information

All programme data, including your genetic and psychometric results, is deleted three months after your programme concludes. We retain basic invoicing records for six years as required by UK tax law. Email correspondence is retained only as long as needed to manage our relationship with you.

Your rights

You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive a copy in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, email Hello@DannielleHaig.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you are unhappy with how we have handled your data.

Cookies

This website uses only the essential cookies required for it to function. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
